Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please send the products in their original condition (undamaged, unworn, in the original packaging). If the goods are damaged, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.

 

Who can return an order and where?

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Currently, we accept returns from the European Union, the USA, and the United Kingdom. Returns from non-EU countries, islands outside the EU, and regions outside EU VAT regulations are not accepted.

Please include the Withdrawal from Contract form with the returned goods, along with all accessories, the product packaging, and any enclosed documentation such as the user manual. If you are unable to print the Withdrawal from Contract form, you may also write it out by hand to help us process your return more quickly.

When will I receive my refund?

Provided all return conditions are met, you can expect your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your package. If you paid for your order on delivery, the return form gives you the option to provide your bank account number for the refund. In all other cases, the payment will be refunded using the same method you used for your purchase.

Please make sure to return the goods in the same condition as delivered. If the item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functionality, the refunded amount may be reasonably reduced.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, based on the applicable return conditions for the country from which the item is being returned.

For selected countries, we recommend using our return shipping service, which includes package tracking. Return shipping costs in this case will be deducted directly from your refund.

If you selected courier collection and the courier does not arrive within 2 business days, please contact our customer service immediately.

What contact details can I provide to the courier company if I arrange the return myself?

If you need contact details for sending your return, please use the email address info@belenka.sk and the phone number +421 905 223 066, which are used solely for the purposes of the courier company delivering your return.

Returns sent to Z-boxes, parcel lockers or on a cash-on-delivery basis will not be accepted.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment, and in the event of damage or loss must contact the courier directly. We recommend keeping the proof of dispatch, and if necessary, insuring the shipment.

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item first and then place a new order on our website for the product you would like.

Can I return goods from the e-shop to a store?

Our e-shop and Be Lenka stores are not connected, so goods purchased online must be sent to Žilina to the address specified in the Withdrawal from Contract form. You can also deliver the goods personally on working days between 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Personal delivery of returned goods is only possible with a registered Withdrawal from Contract within the legal period.

What is the status of my return?

You can check the status of your return in your customer account or on the Return Status page. You will also receive an email once your return has been processed and when the withdrawal from the contract is completed, at which point your refund will be issued.
